The City of Buffalo wants to give vacant homes a new life through their Home Grown Homeownership program. First time, income-eligible homebuyers can purchase a vacant home from the City of Buffalo Division of Real Estate.
You can also receive financial help to make the necessary repairs to bring the structure up to code and ready for move-in. Funding from a conditional grant will be used for gap financing, if needed, toward the down-payment and closing costs, as well as repair costs.
***Please contact (716) 885-2344 ext. 13 or ext. 14 to discuss qualifications before starting a Compass account. You can also click here to contact us.
