We know that there’s a big price tag on repairs to the outside of your home. We now offer low-interest loans for exterior-only projects. Qualified homeowners may be eligible for loans from $5,000 up to $40,000. Our Construction Management team works with you to determine the scope of your project, and our Lending Department will help you figure out what you can safely borrow to achieve some or all of the repairs on your list.

Our Goal is Simple: To help you make much-needed repairs to the outside of your home.
With Construction Management a condition of your loan, we help you plan the project, reach out to our network of contractors to bid on your project, and help you coordinate your project through completion.
Can Landlords Apply?
Yes, if the home is 2-unit, owner-occupied. Co-ops and manufactured housing do not qualify for an exterior repair loan.
Terms and Conditions of Exterior Repair Loan
- No Income Limits
- Minimum Credit Score of 620
- Taxes Must Be Current
- No late payments in the past 12 months on any secured debt
- $15/person or $25/couple Credit Report Fee
- $50 Application Fee
- $30 Document Preparation Fee
- Additional Construction Management fee applies (Construction Management is required)
- Property Must Be Insured
- No Manufactured Homes
- Additional qualifications apply
